Choose the discount coupon you want, redeem your points, and you'll receive a coupon code. Apply this code at checkout to enjoy your savings!
Coupons can be combined with promo codes, though some exclusions may apply.
Free shipping rewards apply to normal or standard shipping methods available at the time of order fulfillment. The shipping method used may differ from the one selected at checkout.
Do my points ever expire?
Yes, points will expire after 12 months of inactivity. To keep your points balance active, simply make a purchase or engage with our loyalty program within that time frame. Check your account regularly to ensure you don't lose any earned points!

How do I maintain or upgrade my VIP status?
To maintain or upgrade your VIP status, continue earning points through purchases and engagement. Your spending in the last 12 months determines your tier status for the next year.
Can I transfer my points to someone else?
Yes, members in the Glamour tier or higher can transfer points to others. This perk allows you to share your rewards with friends or family. Please contact our customer service team to initiate the process. We’ll assist you in transferring the points to your chosen recipient.
What happens to my points if I return an item?
If you return an item, the points earned from that purchase will be deducted from your account. If a redeemed coupon was used on the returned item, the coupon will not be refunded.
How do I refer a friend, and what rewards do I get?
To refer a friend, use the referral link provided in your account dashboard, widget or the referral section on the Beloved Rewards page. When your friend makes their first purchase, both you and your friend will receive a $10 reward. And you will also earn 50 points for a successful referral.
Are there any limitations on earning points?
There's no maximum limit on the total points you can earn. However, points for social media actions can only be earned once per platform per action (e.g., following us on Facebook, Instagram, or TikTok). For details on eligible actions, please refer to the "Ways to Earn" section.
